The Stratosphere Invitation

You are invited to the "Stratosphere" celebrations; a wedding rehearsal dinner
in the hotel restaurant "Chequers". We request that we meet at seven to eat for

You are invited to join us for a treasure hunt around Chester! A coach will leave the hotel car park at 12 o'clock and take us to Chester City Centre. Should you wish, you can meet us in Chester at the start of the treasure hunt for 1 'o'clock which starts and finishes at LITTLE ROODEE car park (Long Stay Pay & Display). The car park is behind Chester County Hall and alongside Chester Race course (its postcode is CH1 1SL if you want to use your Sat Nav).
The treasure hunt is envisaged to take 3 - 4 hours, depend on how long we spend on the pub stops! The hunt will involve walking around Chester so if you don't feel this is up your street, please don't feel obliged. Should you wish we could advise the proposed pub stops along the way, so you can do you own thing and meet up with the hunters over the afternoon. Obviously the hunt is outside so please be prepared for the great British weather!
Following completion of the hunt we propose to go for an early dinner at a restaurant in Chester, and following this the coach will take us back the hotel for some further socialising, and maybe a couple of games should you still have the energy!

We understand that you may not be able to make all of the above celebrations, so please don't feel obliged that you must attend all that is mentioned, and feel free to choose whatever suits you most. So that we can make arrangements, we would appreciate it if you would let us know which parts of the celebrations you wish to attend.

- Thursday - Rehearsal dinner
- Friday - Chester Treasure hunt (please tell us if you would like a space on the coach from Northop Hall to Chester)
- Saturday - Wedding day
- Please let us know of any special dietary requirements for both Thursday and Saturday

Saturday (DAY TIME) 27th October 2012 - Our Wedding Day!
We request that you are at the hotel for 1.30PM for the ceremony to start at 2PM. Following the ceremony the photographs, wedding breakfast and speeches will take place.
Saturday (NIGHT TIME) 27th October 2012
The evening will commence at 7.30PM with the normal festivities and disco, and our band Co.Uk will play for your entertainment until 12pm. The bar will close at 1 o'clock and you can arrange carriages at a time after this to suit yourselves. (The clocks will go back on the Saturday night - so don't forget).
So why the Stratosphere?
You may have heard this by now, but this is the restaurant in Las Vegas where I asked Jules to marry me, and she said yes! The tower is 350 meters high and has a rotating restaurant at the top along with some fairground rides, only in Vegas! The evening was one that we will both never forget and is a nice memory whenever we see the landscape of Las Vegas
